1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the document delivery services provided by TruegateX LLC ("TruegateX", "we"): sending and receiving faxes, postal letters, SMS and RCS messages, secure link delivery, bulk sending, the TGX Printer application, and the B2B API.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal; resale requires our written consent.

3. Fees and billing

Sending is billed per page or per message according to the prices shown in the plan shop before each delivery. Prepaid credit and subscription quotas are governed by the conditions displayed at purchase. [Refund policy.]

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TruegateX to send unlawful content, unsolicited advertising in violation of applicable law (spam), or content that infringes third-party rights. You are responsible for having a legal basis to contact your recipients, particularly for bulk sending.

5. Availability and delivery

We operate the platform with commercially reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful delivery in every case (e.g. busy or misconfigured recipient lines). Delivery reports document the transmission result.

6. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for business customers.

7. Liability
